• Users may provide check-in data to help build dashboards, enabling members of the same Trust Group to better understand monthly progress.

• To enable participation in Trust Groups.

4. Trust Groups

• Users may join Trust Groups via a passcode or email invite.

• Members can control the visibility of shared data (Trust Group, Public, Private) via their console or chatbot.

• Members are required to maintain confidentiality, and misuse may result in account termination as per the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) clause.

• Users will receive notifications when new members join a group.

• NDA Clause: Members of a Trust Group must not share or disclose their team's data outside the group. Any breach of this clause may result in legal action or termination of membership.

• BizFloe does not share data with any third-party advertisers or external partners.

5. Data Storage and Retention

• Data is securely stored on BizFloe servers, employing encryption and SSL protocols.

• Data is retained for up to 2 years or until the user deletes their account.

• Upon account deletion, data will be securely retained for 2 months before permanent deletion, unless legally required otherwise.

Under GDPR and DPDPA, you have the following rights:

• Access: Request access to your personal data.

• Correction: Rectify inaccurate data.

• Deletion: Request deletion of your data via your profile or by contacting support.
