At BizFloe Commerce (“BizFloe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we build operations automation tools for marketplace sellers and e-commerce agencies. Your privacy is paramount. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you access or use our platform, daemon, API integrations, and public website.

Amazon Data Protection Standards

BizFloe complies with the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP) to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all data retrieved from Amazon APIs:

• No Commercial Sharing: BizFloe Commerce does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any Amazon customer, order, inventory, or transaction data under any circumstances.
• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): PII retrieved from Amazon APIs is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of delivery.
• Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII): Non-PII datasets (such as aggregated sales volumes, category rankings, and advertising performance metrics) are capped at a maximum retention of 18 months from the date of collection, after which they are permanently deleted or fully aggregated.
• Advanced Security & Encryption: All Amazon data stored by BizFloe is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption keys. All communications, including data in transit between the edge daemon, our backend system, and Amazon APIs, are encrypted using secure TLS 1.2 or higher protocols.
• Right to Deletion: You can request immediate deletion of any associated marketplace credentials or data at any time by contacting our support team (see Section 5 below).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information to provide better services to our users. This includes:

• Account Setup Information: When registering, we collect names, agency information, email addresses, and billing details via our auth provider, Clerk.
• Marketplace API Access Credentials: Authentication tokens (e.g., Amazon LWA client credentials, Flipkart Seller API keys) provided to BizFloe to synchronize listings and inventory. These credentials are encrypted and stored securely.
• Edge Daemon Configuration: Technical configurations and logs from the BizFloe edge daemon installed on your local systems.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect strictly to operate, maintain, and improve our services:

• Providing automated inventory, price, and listing sync capabilities.
• Analyzing and predicting stock leakage and advertising budget variance.
• Securing our server and client networks.
• Responding to support queries and onboarding requests.

4. Security Practices

BizFloe implements strict administrative, physical, and technical safeguards. Our infrastructure is hosted in secure ISO-certified cloud server environments, and database access is restricted using private networks and role-based policies.
