If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, e-commerce agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Platform License & Access
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service solely for managing your e-commerce operations. You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the BizFloe edge-daemon or platform binaries.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass security keys, rate limits, or user-isolation constraints of our API endpoints.

You are solely responsible for acquiring, managing, and securing the credentials needed to connect the Service to third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon Selling Partner APIs or Flipkart API configurations). BizFloe is not liable for data sync errors, order processing issues, or account suspensions resulting from invalid seller credentials, marketplace policy changes, or system rate limiting enforced by those third-party platforms.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BizFloe Commerce be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your inability to access or use the Service during server downtime or network tunnel reconnections.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your e-commerce dashboard configuration.
- Any pricing calculations, margins, or elasticity recommendations displayed on the pricing cockpit.
5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
